LOVE it!
I
have personally completed and tested 14 of the compliance
courses. I'm getting obsessed with it. Every time I have some
spare time that's what I've been doing. We are requiring each
full time employee to do 3 classes per month. Of course, I
do seem to have more uninterrupted time than the tellers do
so that's why I've done so many of them.
The
information is great, and the system is very easy to use.

can’t say enough good things about CU Training –

there always make me feel special. I really appreciate that
your company is constantly working on making new courses,
and upgrading your system. I love your new ‘MENTOR’
program for creating and editing courses. Your previous one
was really easy but this new one is a snap.
The
CU Training courses are just so easy to use & modify and
the ‘TLC’ LMS lets me create rosters, pull compliance
training reports, add students, remove students, create training
roadmaps – you name it. I am so relieved that we moved
from our previous LMS provider. I was completely stressed
out working with that LMS and it was way more expensive.
I
don’t think I have ever ended a call with anyone at
CU Training without sighing and saying, “I love those
guys”.

In
January 2005 Sydenham Community Credit Union launched the CU
Training Service and Sales Programs.
Our decision
to go with CU Training was twofold. First, we had used CU Training
in the past and were very happy with both the product and the
service. Secondly, we wanted to provide our staff with service
and selling training that would have a lasting impact. The in-house
training product offered through CU Training was ideal. The
course materials were excellent, the facilitators guide was
extremely helpful and we were able to load the program on to
our internal website.
In 2006
we purchased the Sales Reinforcement Training System (Sales
In-Branch Activities). This step-by-step program for sales meetings
provides valuable assistance to our managers in keeping the
sales and service culture alive at Sydenham.
This training
was well received by staff and management alike. New employees
are required to complete the training as part of the orientation
program and all employees are encouraged to go through the on-line
program annually.
