emailed me the text in a word document, and I made the changes
I wanted to make the module exactly right for my credit union.

In
January 2005 Sydenham Community Credit Union launched the CU
Training Service and Sales Programs.
Our decision
to go with CU Training was two fold. First, we had used CU Training
in the past and were very happy with both the product and the
service. Secondly, we wanted to provide our staff with service
and selling training that would have a lasting impact. The in-house
training product offered through CU Training was ideal. The
course materials were excellent, the facilitators guide was
extremely helpful and we were able to load the program on to
our internal website.
In 2006
we purchased the Sales Reinforcement Training System (Sales
In-Branch Activities). This step-by-step program for sales meetings
provides valuable assistance to our managers in keeping the
sales and service culture alive at Sydenham.
This training
was well received by staff and management alike. New employees
are required to complete the training as part of the orientation
program and all employees are encouraged to go through the on-line
program annually.
