CU Training Announces the Immediate Availability of 'The Learning Center' (TLC) - Version 6.5.

NANAIMO, BC CANADA - OCTOBER 2, 2006 - CU Training, a leading developer of credit union training announced the release of Version 6.5 of its highly praised Learning Management System - 'The Learning Center' (TLC).

Made available as a no-cost upgrade for all of CU Training's existing 'TLC' credit union clients, this latest version of 'TLC' incorporates significant advances in credit union employee competency management.

CU Training will have completed installation of the 'TLC - Version 6.5' upgrades for all existing credit union clients throughout North America by October 5, 2006 and will begin implementing new installations on October 9, 2006.

CU Training's Learning Management System 'TLC - Version 6.5' goes far beyond simply managing all training activities in today's progressive credit unions. This most recent edition utilizes straight forward processes for ensuring credit union staff members know not only what knowledge and skills are required in their current positions but what is required in other positions within the credit union as well in order to participate in their own career development. 'TLC's' new 'Position Assignment Wizard' allows staff members to quickly identify knowledge and skills gaps and then automatically creates recommended training plans to address those gaps.

Using 'TLC' in conjunction with CU Training's 'Annual Subscription Plan', credit union employees can instantly take any of the more than 75 courses in the CU Training Library from any location with an internet connection - 24/7 and as often as they wish. Additionally, all internal classroom training and training provided by any outside vendor can be managed through 'TLC'. Managers can view which employees have completed or browsed one or more of the online training courses, evaluate course exam scores for each employee and create CU Training's exclusive 'Coaching Reports' for in-depth analysis of an individual's demonstrated level of knowledge.

Historical training data from either manually tracked systems or from other LMS providers can easily be incorporated into the 'TLC' database.
